Shipping & Terms

Shipping Charges
Passion Surf Co. will ship your order directly to your door via UPS Ground unless you choose Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select. All shipping charges are based upon the weight of your order. Items weighing in excess of 70 lbs. or with an overall package size 108? (length/girth) will be sent motor freight at an additional charge. Federal Express shipping is available upon request. Please call for Federal Express shipping rates to your area. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Although our website accepts orders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, we can only process orders during our hours of operation. So, if you need an item overnighted be sure to order before 11am (PST). (Also note that if you are placing an overnight shipping order after 11am, PST, Friday your order will not be processed until 8 A.M. Monday).

Usual delivery time is 3-7 working days for products that will be shipping from our warehouse. You will be promptly informed of delivery dates for products that are back-ordered or factory direct.


Returns & Exchanges
Passion Surf Co. strives to provide the best possible service to our customers while keeping our prices competitive. We make every effort to be sure your ordering experience is pleasant and that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

When you receive your order:

    1. Look it over carefully and make sure you received what you ordered.


    1. Try on each item and make sure it fits before you remove the manufacturer's tags.


  1.  We cannot return used merchandise to our manufacturers.

 LineGear will gladly accept your returns, should it be necessary, as outlined below.

    • You may return an item for exchange, or in store credit. Restocking fee does not apply to exchanges. Additional shipping & handling charges may apply.


    • You may return an item for refund. However, the $7.00 restocking fee, and actual shipping charges will be deducted from the total.


    • Returned items must be returned to Passion Surf Co. within 30 days of receipt of order.


  • Custom-made items may not be returned unless the error was clearly ours. We will do our best to allow you to receive maximum value if you decide to have these custom-made items re-worked, repaired or replaced.


Sales Tax
If you reside in California and are not a reseller or tax free governmental agency we will add applicable sales tax.


Payment Options
We accept Visa, Master Card or American Express for all types of orders (internet, phone, fax, mail). Open account terms may be extended to business or government agencies pending credit application and approval.


Price Quote
If you are purchasing products in large quantities or are in need of a special RFQ, we will be glad to provide you with a special price quote.


Warranty Information
Passion Surf Co. will provide warranty information on any item upon request. Each product has the warranty support of the applicable manufacturer. Passion Surf Co. does not provide any express or implied warranty separate from the manufacturers warranty.

Due to the wide selection of products being offered, there may be occasional errors found on this website. We reserve the right to make corrections in the event of a misprint or change.
